Shipping policy
MiMO Delivery
Shipping is calculated based on your order weight and the average cost to ship your state. Prices shown at checkout are based on estimates and averages gathered from www.uship.com.
When actual shipping costs exceed 5% of what is paid at checkout, MiMO Decor will cover up to 5% over the original shipping charges. We will contact you to collect shipping overages that exceed 5%.

Declining to pay shipping costs above the 5% overage will result in order cancellation and restocking. We reserve the right to charge you a 10% restocking fee on the total of your order upon cancellation.
Orders placed for MiMO Delivery are dependent on the approval of shipping quotes from third party delivery services and may take anywhere between 3-14 days for confirmation depending on the size and quantity of the items in your order.
Schedule Your Own Carrier
We are happy to facilitate pickup through the freight carrier of your choice. Please change your order type to "Pickup" and proceed to work with your carrier. Once you confirm details, or, if you have already scheduled a service to pick up your order during store hours, call us immediately.
If you do not have a carrier in mind we recommend www.uship.com. Rates for MiMO Delivery are based on the weight of your order and the distance for delivery. Please note that these rates are subject to change and depend on confirmation by third party delivery drivers on Uship.

Local Delivery (WNY and Rochester)
We offer white glove local delivery for online orders up to 60 miles from our store. Please review the product description and take measurements to ensure that the item will fit through your door.
- ($95) 25 miles | Minimum Purchase of $250.
- ($115) 25 miles to 50 miles | Minimum Purchase of $500.
- ($150) 50 miles to 60 miles | Minimum Purchase of $1,000.
Local delivery orders are usually ready for delivery within 5 days of purchase. MiMO Decor will contact you within 72 hours of purchase to schedule a time for delivery.
If we are not able to connect over the phone within 10 days of your purchase, your order will be cancelled and restocked. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on the total of your order. Please contact us if you are not able to receive your delivery within 10 days.
Pickup
Orders placed for pickup must be claimed during store hours within 7 days of purchase. Please call so we can prepare your order. Unclaimed orders will be restocked and cancelled.
Please ensure you have enough room in your vehicle for the items on your order. We recommend bringing blankets, straps and other padding that may be needed to ensure safe transport.
MiMO does not provide blankets, straps or padding for large pickup items and is not responsible for any damage incurred after your pickup order has left the store or been loaded in your vehicle.
