2017

MiMO Decor Opens in North Buffalo

An appreciation for impeccable design and craftsmanship is why we opened MiMO almost 10 years ago. Our mission will always be to help our clients create a space that combines the highest quality with the best modern trends and designs.

2018

A Focus on Vintage Furniture and Decor

It quickly became apparent that the timeless design and nostalgia of vintage items was at the forefront of our client's minds. With our refinishing expertise and a knack for sourcing the best items in the region, we shifted our focus to vintage.

2022

West Side Story: Expanding at Lafayette Ave

As our store grew so did our collection of art, decor and furniture. It was time to move on from our humble store in North Buffalo and expand our footprint with a larger worshop and showroom floor in Buffalo's emerging west side.

2023

New Website Launch and Online Ordering

Our vintage items are one of a kind and sought after by collectors and homeowners across the country. Following our physical expansion, we took to the web to create a platform that allows anybody and everybody to shop with MiMO Decor.

MEET THE OWNER

Jessica Buscaglia

Jessica manages the collection while overseeing all retail, online and logistical operations. She has a degree in Art History and gained experience in retail and corporate sales before founding MiMO.

With years of business experience and a curatorial background, she developed a greater interest in interior design - what was once a hobby has now become an art form.

COFOUNDER

Joseph Buscaglia

A lifetime of master craftsmanship and business made Joe a key team member when launching MiMO. His respect for the artful construction of each piece in the showroom has made MiMO what it is today.

Nearing retirement, Joe has taken a backseat at MiMO but continues to hone his craft restoring and selling vintage finds at Buffalo Fine Vintage. Drop by to let him know how much you appreciate his careful work!
