RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns on undamaged items for up to 7 days after purchase.

DELIVERY ORDERS AND CHARGES

Delivered orders may be refunded within 7 days of delivery. We will pick up the item from the address it was dropped off at. However, we do not refund the original delivery charges unless it was canceled before being shipped.

REFUND POLICY

There is a 5% return fee for all credit card orders. Refunds are issued once items are returned to the store or at the time of pickup.

Credit card and check returns may take up to 72 hours to reflect in your account.

We cannot refund orders paid in cash - store credit will be issued.

PRODUCT INTEGRITY

MiMO Decor gurantees the integrity of our refinished vintage items. We will make repairs at no cost if your item does not function as designed.

Examples of what is covered: Broken hinges, loose legs and drawer slides.

Examples of what is not covered: Stains and spills, dents, tears or surface issues from use.
